HR Planning Group
Job Purpose :
Responsible to plan and develop policies and human resource management systems, and coordinate and control the implementation of human resource management functions across the company in order to support and enhance the performance of human resources in achieving its Company goals. The main responsibilities are:
Ensuring and improving each HR system / procedure (recruitment, placement, HR development, compensation and benefit, and industrial relation) already properly conducted to support business activities
Develop a work plan and budget share in accordance with the strategy, policy and HR systems have been established to ensure the achievement of the target HR
Manage and control the administrative activities of personnel, and human resource information systems to ensure the optimum support for the smooth operation of the company
Support of implementation HR system in subsidiary company
Creating harmonize industrial relation to support business activities
General Affairs Group
Job Purpose :
Responsible for the procurement of goods and services that support all operational activities of the office and do a physical asset maintenance office and working with the business section, financial and operational to manage the budget for the cost of procurement of goods / services, maintenance and other costs associated. Main responsibilities are:
Ensuring company license should always in valid condition and always update new government regulation
Control and monitoring asset management
Manage overall company activity such Business Continuity Plan (BCP), ISO, and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
Create and maintain relationship with government, building management, or with other external party
Budgeting and monthly financial report
Set up health and safety system and ensure the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation, which activities are:
Identify hazardous situations in workplace and make health and safety countermeasure to avoid any accident
Set up health and safety protocol in workplace and socialize to all company stakeholders
Educate all company stakeholders to understand and have health and safety awareness
Support implementation of health and safety system in subsidiaries Companies
Managing Environment system according to the requirement from TTC and ISO14001 version 2015
Managing Kaizen activities in Company such as 5S activities, 2S activities
Corporate Finance Unit
The main functions of Corporate Finance Unit are to protect the assets of the Company by establishing robust risk management policy, monitoring the business and operational process to be in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, and providing reliable financial information which support the business strategy.
This unit is supported by several groups, i.e. Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Compliance with the following main responsibilities:
Accounting Group
Provide local statutory financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (IFAS)
Provide TORES financial report for group consolidation reporting purpose in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Provide analysis over financial statements for Management’s decision making
Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting
Monitor the Company’s overall budget and result
Advisor to Sales Department and Sister Companies
Tax Group
Tax payment, tax filing and other tax compliances in accordance with Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations
Minimize tax risks by establishing effective tax policies and tax strategies

Manage the effectiveness of the Company’s cash flows
Manage payment to vendors/suppliers and collection from customers
Monitor foreign exchanges position and foreign exchange risk

Monitor the effectiveness of the Company’s internal control, including J-SOX compliance
Support sister companies in monitoring internal control effectiveness and Corporate Governance
Monitor and control the credit risk
