Safety Driving

In order to assure every employee always have same awareness to the safety particularly in the driving way, TTI holds regular training for Safety Driving Awareness once a year. This training not only addressed to driver but also to all employee who usually use their car or motorcycle to go to work. This training reminds us that safety is not only particular person’s business and responsibility, but it is everyone’s business and responsibility. Through safety awareness we hope we can minimize the traffic accidents risk.

 

Recently TTI cooperates with MSIG Insurance held Safety Driving Awareness Training on November 2018 office. This training was attended by TTI drivers and Outsource Drivers.

By holding this annual training program, we hope everyone in TTI has awareness to keep their safety particularly by carrying out safety driving every day and every time so we can inevitable for traffic accidents.

Emergency and Evacuation Drill

EMERGENCY DRILL

August 29, 2019 at 14.00 O’clock, we also join the activity of Emergency and Evacuation Drill. This activity was held once a year, involving Fire Brigade and also nearest hospital.

Advantages of a Fire Drill

1. Knowing the evacuation route

Knowing the evacuation routes of a building will help in the event of a fire, power outage, gas or chemical leak, or other emergency situation.  It ensures that people exit the building in a timely fashion and know the designated assembly area.

2. Testing of procedures

Fire drills are an opportunity to practice evacuation procedures to make sure all involved are familiar with them. Fire drills are also useful for testing escape routes to evaluate their effectiveness.

3. Alarm systems and equipments working

Checks can be carried out on fire alarm systems and other equipments to ensure that they are in working condition and that emergency exits are unobstructed.

4. Enable quick and safe escape

The purpose of fire drill is so that everyone in the building is aware of how to get out of the building in the quickest and safest way possible if a fire were to occur

5. Demonstrate efficiency

Fire drill serves as an opportunity to demonstrate, under simulated fire conditions, that they can perform those duties and responsibilities safely and efficiently.

6. Avoid panic and injury

Knowing the fire drill procedures will not cause panic and will avoid potential injuries in a rush to exit a building.

7. Debriefing

Debriefing should take place after the fire drill to look at the findings of the observers and evaluate the effectiveness of the evacuation procedures.
